All Lake Deerwood bylaws, deed restrictions, and rules apply unless superseded by applicable federal, state, or local law, including the Texas Property Code.
 

Lake Deerwood POA, TX Association, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation chartered in Harrison County, Texas.

Established to foster a vibrant community, the Lake Deerwood POA focuses on maintaining and preserving residential lots and common property assets within Lake Deerwood. Our mission extends beyond mere upkeep; we actively promote all our residents' safety, health, and welfare, creating a supportive, family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and connected.

The Board of Directors, elected by property owners, serves voluntarily to uphold these principles. To support the association's ongoing efforts, annual maintenance fees are collected from each property owner in the subdivision, ensuring we can address necessary expenses and enhance our community for everyone's benefit. Together, we share the goal of creating a cleaner and more welcoming environment for all residents of Lake Deerwood, and our collective efforts will make this a reality.
